thank you for the sweet comments on my journal. i'm not usually so up-front about my distaste for people, but i truly felt offended. her comments, even ones she's made in other posts during the past day, are fake. she tries to appear as if she's 15 with the way she speaks.

i have been watching that community for at least six months, and it's changed since she joined.

i wonder if there's a way to rally up people to get her to leave.. we ought to make a post about that.. ;D

I would be in on that and I know a few people on my f list would be as well. She makes a lot of people uncomfortable and went as far as to steal someones user info and profile almost word for word.

2 questions...

Would you mind if I added you?
How did you lose the weight? I lost about 40 pounds and have gotten off track and it is slowly coming back on. I need to get back on track, asap.

absolutely! i'll add you back.

i lost the weight by eating around 1300-1500 calories a day, plus exercising for 30 minutes every day. it's been hard since september, and i haven't lost anything since. i can't seem to find the motivation to lose the last 13 pounds, although i desperately want to. i sometimes binge eat, and it's incredibly frustrating.

how did you lose the weight?

I went to Weight Watchers and while it worked, I did not like their focus on low calorie food instead of healthy food.

Then for the last 8-10 pounds I tracked calories with desktop software. I am feeling so uncomfortable these days and need to get back to it.

We can motivate one another.

well, your advice was perfect. i've been logging my food for two days and am already down two pounds (most likely just blotting, but i feel much better).

I am doing ok. The number on the scale has dropped and I feel some more room in my clothes but I have been eating terrible. I am tracking it all, but last night I had the filling of a piece of lasagna (I cannot eat the noodles) and then chocolate torte and a ton of Godiva chocolates. Not good.

Last night I realized how out of whack my body feels right now I am having to drag myself out of bed in the morning and do not have as much energy as I did. I hate feeling that way and that is enough motivation to get moving.

I have an awesome lunch today but I am starving now from the gym this morning.

i know. it's amazing how greatly bad eating can change energy levels. for the past couple weeks, i had felt just..disgusting. i had no desire to do anything, especially to put on anything other than pjs. i think that just knowing you're trying to do something better for yourself plays with your head enough to help you keep doing it..it's working so far for me this week. but, i'm taking it a day at a time. food is an addiction for me, so i'm being really..calculating with my food and with tracking it.

I just got a job working for an architecture office in East Hampton, NY and will be moving out there soon...
